We ship all orders via USPS Ground, UPS or Fedex Ground unless specified otherwise.

Please be advised that Telladecor Embroidery LLC IS NOT, under ANY circumstance, RESPONSIBLE for not delivered packages. Once the package is shipped, there is nothing we can do to track any delivery information. That is up to the costumer to follow up.
