Terms of service

Turnaround: the turnaround time on your order starts when you've paid the 50% deposit for your order and we have all the information required to complete your order (all artwork approved and digitally finished, customer supplied garments (local only). 

Delay in receipt of any of these items will result in production delays. Our current standard turnaround time for most orders is 8-12 business days on average and is not guaranteed. Complex and special/add-ons orders may increase turnaround time. Delay in approval of your quote or proof could also result in production delays. The most up to date turnaround time will be listed on your quote as well as invoice, and shipping time is not included in our standard turnaround time. 

If you have a strict deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know of this when placing your order, and a rush fee may apply if there isn't enough time to complete your order within our standard turnaround timeframe. We will not be able to accommodate new dates after production has begun. 

Any circumstances out of our control (weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc...) may require more time, and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate.

TELLADECOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY ERRORS OR LOST ITEMS. YOU SHOULD COTACT THE CARRIER DIRECTLY. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WIL BE ISSUED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
